Camille,

I want to thank you and your staff for the magnificent work you did on our Knabe 1916 parlor grand and bench! The piano was treated with dignity, repairing and restoring with respect to its age and giving it an extended life. The once orphaned bench never looked better.

My husband Bob and I want you to let us know if you ever decide to expand your business to include the restoration of piano owners! And once again I want you to know what a great job Frankie and his movers did in professionally ensuring that the piano was safely returned and set up in our home. It has been a pleasure doing business with Frank and Camille's and Bates Movers.

Sincerely, Beverly Mulligan

Dear Camille,

A few weeks ago, I visited your showroom in Melville. When there, we met Christopher Patti. He welcomed us warmly. He introduced himself to my son Adam, who is six years old and will be performing his first solo in the NYSSMA solo festival this coming Tuesday. We were looking for a piano for him; something he could grow into. Chris showed us a variety of options and didn't give the slightest hint of impatience as my son tried out the different models. Chris even gave us some privacy as my son was a bit shy to play in front of him. Eventually, my son settled down behind the Kawai CN25. This was the one that he really liked. Christopher was very knowledgeable about all of the models and was able to answer all of our questions. He pointed out the features, especially the action and the sound of the CN25 that would make it ideal for Adam.

After we left your store, we continued shopping around. There was no other store and no other salesman that showed us the attention and professionalism that Chris showed to us. Adam kept asking me when we were going back to "Frank & Camilles." Yours was the only store he remembered the name of, it made that much of an impression on him. We just went back there last weekend and purchased the CN25. It just arrived today and we are really impressed with it. The sound is so much better than I remembered now that it is in a much smaller room. We are completely satisfied with this instrument. We are grateful for the time and attention that Chris spent making sure we got the perfect instrument to match our needs. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. If there is ever any need in the future of upgrading to an acoustic piano, there is no doubt I will be looking to business with your establishment again.

Best regards,
Michael and Adam Lavelle

Dear Camille,

It has been a special pleasure working with you in creating educational programs, in addition to holiday concerts and PianoDisc promotional events for the various Frank and Camilles locations. You have a special gift in sharing your love of the instruments you take pride in selling to your customers, schools and performing arts centers. I have personally found all of the instruments to be of the highest quality and a fine selection readily available.

I will always recommend your stores to everyone I possibly can, and wish you continued success for the future of Frank and Camilles!

With my warmest wishes,

Dear Camille,

Thank you so much for providing the five pianos for our NYSSMA piano festival back on April 13 and 14. The family of Young Chang pianos including Bergmann and Weber pianos you were able to secure for us was simply wonderful. I received several positive comments from parents and students alike regarding their condition and quality. Additionally, the piano tuner/technician you sent over to prep them was extremely informative and did a great job. It is always a pleasure working with you.

Sincerely,
Sal Randazzo

"I selected the Petrof Storm 6’5” grand piano after trying a myriad of 6’ pianos at Frank and Camille’s. It is one of Petrof’s ‘Pianos of the Winds.' It has a wonderfully warm sound throughout the whole range of the piano, and the touch of this Petrof piano was as if I had played it for years. This piano plays with such ease because the action is effortless. I am extremely excited to be performing on such a well crafted instrument!”

Dear Camille,

I can't "thank you" enough for the beautiful sounding Young Chang pianos you provided for the students who participated in the New York State School Music Association's Solo and Ensemble Festival for All-State, non All-State and Jazz that took place in Schreiber High School in Port Washington April 23 and 24th. The pianos played beautifully and sounded great! The students were in awe to be playing on such fine equipment.

Thank you again, for your hospitality and service. I look forward to continuing working with you in the future.

My best always,
Rose M.. Marvel
