Hi Camille and thank you for inviting me to comment on my experience with Baldwin pianos. As you know, a Baldwin upright was the very first piano I ever personally owned, bought back in 1970 with money received from wedding gifts, so I attach a great deal of sentiment to the Baldwin brand name.

Through the past 50 years I have tuned and serviced literally thousands of Baldwin pianos, along with just about every other brand on this planet. I’ve observed as each brand has gone through changes in ownership, technical specs, factory locations, materials changes, quality control and marketing changes, etc and it has been my experience that these changes have sometimes, but certainly NOT always, been a harbinger of an improved product line.

A few years ago, when you first told me you were going to shift focus away from other piano brands in order to re-introduce the “New” Baldwin product lineup, I have to admit that at first, your decision (while greatly valued) was met with a bit of skepticism on my part.

Live and learn.

Not only have I been quite pleasantly surprised by the overall appearance, fit and finish of the Baldwin pianos (both uprights and grands), but more importantly, their professional level tone and action design are way beyond my expectations, and in fact, where I used to recommend only “older” Baldwin pianos to my customers, now I feel completely confident (and even enthusiastic) about primarily recommending New Baldwin instruments.

I commend you on making a very wise artistic and business choice in focusing on Baldwin. This is truly a world class instrument unsurpassed by your competitors’ pianos, and is the perfect piano to compliment your beautiful new location. Kudos!

I have been a supervisor of arts programs for public schools for 20+ years and at my current position for 15 years. We recently purchased a new Baldwin BP178 (5'10") grand piano from Frank and Camille's in Melville for our choir rehearsal room at Northport High School.

We found the folks at Frank and Camille's to be friendly, professional, and caring. They were all about what our specific needs (utility). What were we going to use our piano for? What kind of tone were we looking for? What is the size of our rehearsal space? And finally, what was our budget range (in an effort to find us the best fit)?

The folks at Frank and Camille's assisted us based on what we were looking for and helped us find a beautiful new instrument for our high school, the Baldwin BP178, which will assist us in teaching our kids for decades. We absolutely love our piano and love Frank and Camille's!

I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my recent purchase from Camille at Frank & Camille's. As a music teacher and piano lover since childhood, I was finally ready to level up and get a more quality instrument to keep up with my playing. Camille was beyond helpful, warm, and knowledgeable. Even after I had fallen in love with a specific piano, she continued to show me other options (despite those options meaning a potentially smaller sale). She offered great advice and was patient even after I'd chosen my model, but was hemming and hawing over finishes and style. It was very obvious Camille cared most about me finding the piano that was just right for me and my home- NOT about making the biggest sale in the shortest amount of time. When all was said and done, I ended up with this STUNNING Baldwin baby grand and I could not be more pleased with the choice. I am so thankful I chose to go to Frank & Camille's for this major purchase. Because of Camille's care, patience, and attentiveness, I know I ended up with the perfect instrument both for my current needs and to grow with my family over the years.

I was blown away with the tremendous selection but what caught my eye was the Walnut Baldwin Grand on the showroom floor. I worked with both Camille and Chris who were beyond knowledge and accommodating to both myself and my wife. My wife actually had tears in her eyes while listening to Camille play. Needless to say I have a new Baldwin BP178 decorating my living room. Delivery arrived as arranged and through the recommendation by Camille, I now have a first class Piano tuner who I could not be happier with. If and when in the future I am ever in the need for a new toy, (Piano,) Frank & Camille's will be my only stop. This is my second purchase and both experiences were beyond pleasant. I also want to thank Camille for the fantastic recommendation for my new and first Piano teacher. I'm 58 and have never loved playing more so than I do now.

I purchased a Baldwin baby grand for my wife from Frank and Camilles. I am extremely pleased that I did. Camille is fabulous! The whole staff there made our piano shopping a most pleasurable and educational experience. After purchasing we renovated our home and it took over a year before we could accept delivery. Camille held onto our piano for this period of time with no cost and no change in pricing. Frank and Camilles is a friendly and professional company with competitive prices. No need to look further.
